Basil Gimlet

serves one

3 ounces vodka

1.5 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice

4 basil leaves, torn into pieces

1/2 ounce agave syrup

In a shaker, combine basil leaves and agave syrup and muddle until you can smell the basil.

Add vodka, lime juice and ice. Shake, shake, shake.

​

Strain into a martini glass or serve over crushed ice.
