Bourbon Berry Sour

Bourbon Berry Sour

serves one

1/3 cup mulberries (can substitute blackberries or boysenberries)

1 tablespoon demerera or brown sugar

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

2 ounces bourbon

In a shaker combine mulberries and sugar and muddle. Add bourbon, lemon juice and ice and

shake. Fill rocks glass with crushed ice(preferably). Strain bourbon mixture over ice. Garnish with a few

fresh berries.
