Citrus Kiss

serves one

2 ounces vodka

2 ounces freshly squeezed blood orange juice

1/2 ounce rosemary simple syrup*

squeeze of lime

splash of champagne

Coat rim of martini glass with sugar.

Combine all ingredients(except champagne) in shaker filled with ice..shake, shake, shake!

Strain into prepared glass, top with a splash of champagne and garnish with blood orange slice.

 

Rosemary Simple Syrup

1 cup sugar

1 cup water

1 rosemary sprig(4-5” long)

Combine water and sugar in small saucepan, simmer and stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove

from heat, add rosemary sprig, let steep for 30 minutes. Remove sprig and store syrup in fridge

for up to 2 weeks.
