The Triple A

2 ounces Chareau Aloe liqueur

1 ounce vodka

3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice

1/4 ounce agave syrup

7 sprigs fresh arugula

In a shaker, muddle the arugula with the agave syrup. Add the aloe liqueur, vodka and lime

juice. Add ice and shake, shake, shake. Strain into a coupe or small martini glass.
