Gin-ger Bee

serves one

2 ounces gin

1 ounce ginger honey simple syrup*

1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice

​

In a shaker combine gin, syrup and lemon juice. Add ice and shake..shake..shake!

Strain into a martini or coupe glass.

Ginger Honey Simple Syrup

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup water

1 (2”) piece peeled fresh ginger

​

In a small saucepan, combine water and honey over medium heat. Stir to dissolve honey.

Remove from heat, add ginger and let steep for 30 minutes. Remove ginger and store syrup in a

sealed container in refrigerator for up to a week.
