Grilled Asparagus w/Herbs and Parmesan

Grilled Asparagus with Fresh Herbs and Parmesan

serves two

​

20 spears of asparagus, woody ends cut off

olive oil

salt/pepper

1 tablespoon, EACH, of chopped italian parsley, thyme and dill (or any mixture of soft herbs)

3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

​

Preheat grill to medium high heat.

​

Toss asparagus with olive oil to coat and sprinkle with salt/pepper.

Coat grill with cooking spray and cook asparagus approx 2 minutes per side, depending on

thickness of asparagus.

​

Remove from grill, sprinkle with herbs and parmesan.
