Grilled Prosciutto Wrapped Melon and Stone Fruit

While I have made prosciutto wrapped melon a million times, I never thought to try it grilled! Boy
was I happy I did! So pretty and unique. The stone fruit gets juicy and tastes like pie filling!!
Serve over arugula for a pretty presentation.

Honeydew and/or Cantaloupe cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks
Nectarines and/or Peaches pitted and cut into 1 inch wedges
Prosciutto

Heat a grill to medium heat.
Wrap fruit pieces with a thin slice of prosciutto, place on skewers to hold together. Grill a few
minutes per side until prosciutto is heated and you can see grill marks.
