Lavender Sour

Lavender Sour

serves one

​

2 ounces gin

3/4 ounce lemon juice

1/2 ounce lavender simple syrup*

egg white

​

In a shaker combine all ingredients, do not add ice YET, shake, shake, shake. Add ice, shake

again.

Strain into a martini glass.

Lavender Simple Syrup

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup sugar

6 sprigs lavender

​

Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan, simmer and stir until sugar is dissolved.

Remove from heat, add lavender, let steep for 20-30 minutes. Strain out lavender and store in a

sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
