Lychee Cranberry Martini
serves one
​
3 lychees (from a can of lychees in heavy syrup)
1 1/2 ounces lychee heavy syrup (from can with lychees)
3 ounces vodka
3 ounces unsweetened cranberry juice
1 1/2 ounces tangerine juice
dried or fresh tangerine slice
​
Muddle lychees and lychee syrup in a shaker. Add vodka, cranberry juice and tangerine juice.
Add ice and shake..shake..shake. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with dried or fresh tangerine
slice.
