Marinated Mozzarella Balls
Marinated Mozzarella Balls
makes about 1 1/2 cups

These are SO easy to make and better than the store bought version because you can vary the
ingredients depending on your herb preference. Feel free to experiment. Great on a cheese
board or skewered with basil and tomatoes for a caprese appetizer.

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
coarse salt/pepper

12 ounce container small mozzarella balls(in water), drained
Combine all ingredients except mozzarella in a small bowl, stir to combine.
Add mozzarella and toss to coat. Let stand at least 15 minutes. Can be made a few hours
ahead.
