Pineapple Margarita
Pineapple Margarita
serves one

I make this using a pineapple infused tequila (recipe is below), but if you don’t want to make the
infusion just add a bit more pineapple juice.
3 ounces pineapple infused tequila
1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce pineapple juice
1 teaspoon agave

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice…shake, shake, shake. Strain into a rocks glass
filled with ice or serve up in a martini glass. Additionally, if served over ice you can top with a
splash of club soda or La Croix Key Lime sparkling water.
Pineapple Infused Tequila

Basically this is just equal parts cubed pineapple and silver tequila. Adjust the quantities
according to how much infused tequila you want to make and how big a party you are planning
to have!

2 cups cubed pineapple
2 cups silver tequila
Combine pineapple and tequila in a glass jar or pitcher. Cover and store in a cool place 1-2
days, checking after one day to taste to see how the flavor is coming along. When it is to your
liking, strain out pineapple and pour into a clean glass container. Store in refrigerator for up to a
week.
