Pomegranate Gin Fizz

This is a very refreshing cocktail, perfect for the holidays and anytime! If you have the time and

inclination make the pomegranate juice yourself, but premade will work in pinch! Would be a

great punch at a holiday party with some pomegranate arils floating on top!

2 ounces gin

2 ounces pomegranate juice (preferably freshly squeezed)

1/2 ounce simple syrup

1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice

club soda

Combine gin, juices and simple syrup in a shaker, add ice and shake, shake, shake! Strain into

rocks glass filled with ice. Top with a splash of club soda.
