Rice Vinegar Honey Vinaigrette
Rice Vinegar Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
makes 2/3 cup

1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/3 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
salt/pepper
​
In a small bowl combine honey, mustard and vinegar, whisk to combine. Pour olive oil into bowl
in a slow stream, whisking to emulsify. Season with salt/pepper to taste. Store in refrigerator for
up to a week.
