Spa Sparkle-tini

 

I recently discovered a new line of botanical vodkas from Ketel One. One of these is a

Cucumber Mint Vodka. I thought it would make a good “spa-like” martini..it tasted so fresh, just

like the water with cucumber and mint you get at a spa..except WAY better!!

If you drink a few you will definitely “sparkle”!

2 ounces Ketel One Botanical Cucumber & Mint Vodka

1/2 ounce St Germain elderflower liqueur

1 egg white (optional)

1/4 lime

Slice of cucumber

3-4 mint leaves, chopped

1 teaspoon sugar/1 teaspoon salt, mixed together

Place the sugar/salt mixture on a plate. Wet the rim of a martini or coupe glass and dip to coat

in sugar/salt mixture.

In a shaker…muddle lime, cucumber, mint. Add vodka and St Germain…shake a few times.

Add egg white..shake 10 times.

Add ice, shake 20 times. Strain into glass.
