Whale Watcher

serves one

4 slices cucumber

1 slice jalapeño (or more to taste)

1/2 ounce simple syrup

1 ounce lemon juice

1 ounce St Germain liqueur

3 ounces Gray Whale Gin

Fill rocks glass with ice.

Place cucumber, jalapeño and simple syrup in shaker and muddle until well combined.

Add lemon juice, St Germain, Gray Whale gin and ice…shake, shake, shake!

Strain into rocks glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
